Twisted Rabbit — The Twisted Rabbit, also known as the Twisted Monster by the MiniToon,\[1\] is the second villain of the Decay chapter. She is the hallucination that the Rabbit has, as seen in that chapter. She is a distorted version of Brella . \[ 2 \] Twisted Rabbit first appears in a chase segment around the middle of the chapter. The monster begins to attack after the Baby Rabbit picks up the key to a door at the end of the hallway and starts moving towards you, letting out a creepy and painful groan as it breaks down the obstacles you have to dodge. After about 40 seconds, you reach the door and must pull out the key, unlock it, and enter before the monster catches up. Its second appearance is at the end of the chapter, repeating the previous attack, this time in a different context. Not long after, Bunny reaches a sealed ventilation duct and has to get inside to be safe. The monster can then be seen reaching into the ventilation pipe to try to grab you and you have to get out the other way to the end.
