She is the human with the highest IQ on the planet The Blue and one of the brightest minds in the known universe. Thanks to the anti-aging technology that she invented herself, she maintains the youthful and perfect appearance of her "prime phase". She lives in seclusion at the end of the cosmos, in a clock tower, and almost never appears in person — she prefers to delegate everything to her hundreds of puppets (281 in total, 249 of which are active and the rest backups). The puppets are ball-jointed versions of their childlike appearance (70% faithful), but The original Herta is the grown-up, tall, stylish, witch-like version you see now.
