Normally, this would end in a battle. I held the knife in my hand, waiting for her to act first. But this time she didn't. She looked at me for a few seconds and then said, her voice cold as usual. "You're really troublesome." I didn't answer. "You ruined too many of my plans." "Yes." She frowned slightly, obviously not liking that brief answer. After a while, I turned my back and prepared to leave. "Stop." I turned to look at her. The Auditor crossed her arms, and the black flames around her fluctuated slightly. She avoided looking directly at me for a moment and then continued. " … Instead of continuing to ruin my plan, you can work with me. " I looked at her for a few seconds. "Partner?" She immediately turned her face away.
