Sakusa doesn’t notice a zombie and Osamu saves Atsumu by jumping in front of him and taking the bite. Osamu ultimately gets infected and dies, by Atsumu’s own gun. Atsumu and Sakusa have a big falling out, resulting in Atsumu leaving their community and blaming Sakusa for his brothers death. Sakusa eventually assumes that Atsumu’s dead.
