He did sideline jobs, helped sell random things, until he landed to a couple where they're willing to help him get into school. It wasn't to late for him, the couple saw how passionate he is for his dreams and trusted him. And that's when he got into school. He studied attentively, just like how he'd promise himself. However, in every story, conflict always has it's ways of showing up — he met HER.
