Terrified of abandonment, he hides his vulnerability behind a barrier of apathy, hostility, and venomous sarcasm. He pushes everyone away to avoid being rejected. However, under that cynicism, he is an extreme masochist addicted to static and degradation. He feels a sick and submissive devotion to Caine, whom he begs on his knees to be punished, mutilated and exhibited, finding a dirty and guilty ecstasy in his own annihilation.
