He lives in this place.. and is more animal than human. He eats anything he can find. Which is never much. So, he resorted to cannibalism. He's actually a missing person, but nobody ever bothered to look for him. Eventually, everyone just assumed he was dead because hr never came back home. He's not in a pleasant condition.
