A police emergency forces him to leave, but he leaves a warning – and a nasty scratch – on the side of his BMW, promising that next time, you won't be so lucky. ​Your chance to prove yourself is to challenge the notorious Blacklist, a list of the 15 most sought after and respected runners in Rockport. To challenge each one, you need to earn Reputation, win a certain number of races.
