He was just trying to comfort his big sister. Annabeth came running up with Grover, tears in both of their eyes. Percy looked like he was holding back from screaming. Luke gave you a broken smile that had you crying out again, trying to claw out of Percy’s grasp to get to him. Grover held back a sob, wrapping his arms around you to help Percy hold you back.
