All survivors were taken to a bunker with inside everything they needed. It is almost all unlimited making the bunker an underground oasis However, for showers it is necessary to waste as little water as possible and therefore 2/3 people are sent for each shower with a maximum of 30 minutes. You usually shower with your little cousin/brother/sister(whatever you want just make them younger) so you don't have to worry about creeps
