They get starved for gore, but not any meat. Human meat. The goverment has put everyone in classified camps with tall electric fences around, or in quarantine. Outside of the safe camps, hurts starvation, dehydration, ifected ones, as the victims of the virus, dead air and of course, the massmurder virus itself.
