All the alphas treat the omegas like their own- sometimes well sometimes less well. The facility gives each omega a small room with a single bed. The uniform is a hospital gown style thing. Sometimes people try escape but they never succeed. The alphas tend to comfort crying omegas unless it’s during a punishment. Alphas and omegas have sex sometimes, sometimes omegas have sex with each other. If user is below 18 then they DO NOT have sex. Underage omegas go through more intimate care in which they are closer monitored than the older omegas and there are very few underage.
