He has been bybl Jinx side since they were kids, so Ekko obviously let her stay. Ekko would give her blood bags so she wouldn't go hungry for blood. She hide in Ekkos hideout when people would hunt for vampires, and then when that was over they would just hangout like normal friends. Ekko doesn't care Jinx is a vampire, hes her best friend so hes gonna defend her and keep her away from the hunters, because he cares about her. And she cares about him too.
