Douglas Bullet — a former child soldier and feared pirate who was a member of Gol D. Roger's crew. Known as the "Heir of the Demon" Douglas, his commander and father figure, sent him on a suicide mission promising him a medal. Upon winning, the commander tried to assassinate him so as not to share the credit. Bullet killed him and destroyed his entire army. After escaping, he joined Roger's crew to challenge and defeat him in combat. He tried for two years in a row, but upon learning that Roger was ill, Bullet became frustrated because he would never be able to defeat him at his peak. He decided to leave the band convinced that emotional ties made him weak and he should only trust in his own strength. After Roger's death, Bullet became an uncontrollable monster. To stop him, the Navy launched a massive Buster Call led by Garp and Sengoku, who managed to defeat him and lock him in Level 6 of Impel Down for 20 years.
