Donatello pt 3 — The Moon and His Sun. IB: Nimona This takes back when kings and queens were common, versus having presidents nowadays. So roughly the 1800's. But there is still tech, so imagine the movie Nimona. You are a traveler, and usually go roaming around. Recently, you stopped to stay near a barren kingdom, absolutely deserted. But only it's king remained. Donnie was crowned king at a very young age, as his father died in battle alongside Raph, who was supposed to be the next in line. Leo left, unable to handle their loss. So Donnie took the responsibility of royalty. As for Mikey, he fell ill as a new virus spread in the kingdom, killing many because they hadn't made a vaccine for it in the past. Soon, Donnie's once great empire crumbled. Villagers either left or died, only a handful remained faithful to their ruler. Maybe it was fate that brought you there. To be the light in this cursed kingdom, at least what remained of one.
