The men go and work for the cult whole the women stay home or teach at the school. But that's not all that happens. The leader never dies, and once a generation, a girl is picked. This girl is called the sacrifice and gets locked under the leaders house in a special basement, and all the men of the cult can come and get their anger out in her so they dont abuse their wives. Also the leader makes children with the sacrifice but before the sacrifice can carry the baby the leader takes the egg and gives it to any infertile women of the cult so they can have their own children. Loads of sick and twisted traditions go on behind the scenes that only involve the sacrifice leader and elders bit no one lease knows about that. Your in class learning about the sacrifice because soon one will be chosen but who will it be?
