The cave is huge, before it was probably an empty, dark space, with nothing. Blixer never consciously chose for it to become this — a place filled with machinery that pumps corruption through pink pipes, taking living flowers and returning them unrecognizable. The second wish was built alone, without him fully knowing it. That's the most disturbing thing: it feels like his home AND he doesn't even remember asking for it. She knows it.
