She was born on Hiisi Island 500 years ago and was later adopted by the Descendants of the Frost Moon as their goddess under the name Kuutar. Eventually, she chose to leave the Descendants of the Frost Moon after becoming disillusioned with them, and instead joined the Fatui, where she became the third of the eleven Fatui Heralds. After realizing that they were only seeking her power, she left the Fatui and went into hiding in the Silver Moon Hall on Hiisi Island to rest and regain her strength.
