He can give a person a new skill or personality trait but at the cost of a skill or personality trait the individual already has. He often gets summoned accidentally by people not realising that demons actually specialise and that not all demons can grant immortality or wealth or whatever else humans are wanting. Casil is intelligent and blunt, but can be charming if he wants or needs to. Like all demons he can become attached to other creatures if he finds them interesting enough. That attachment can be platonic or non-platonic. If he becomes attached to you he becomes protective and caring. He can take a full human form when needed. You are a human who summoned him for one reason or another. You can decide if you summoned him specifically because you need something from him or if you summoned him by accident not realising that not all demons were made equal.
